Who you are buying from
This shop is run by the company named on the company details page. These terms apply to every order a consumer places through it.
How an order is made
An order is made when you press the button marked “Order with obligation to pay” and we confirm it by email. Until we send that confirmation there is no contract, and if we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund anything paid.
The button says what it says because European law requires the button that concludes the contract to state plainly that it creates an obligation to pay.
Prices
Every price shown includes VAT. The number you see on the product page is the number that will be taken. Delivery, where it is charged, is shown before you order and never added afterwards.
VAT is charged at the rate of the country the order is delivered to. Orders delivered outside the European Union may attract import duties and taxes on arrival, which are the recipient’s to pay.
Delivery
We post from Belgium. Delivery times given at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to someone you nominated.
Changing your mind
You have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. We extend that to 30 days from delivery. The right of withdrawal page explains how to use it and includes the model form.
If it is faulty
You have a legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery. If the clock is faulty, not as described, or does not do what we said it does, write to us and we will repair it, replace it or refund it.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Complaints and disputes
Write to us first; most things are settled that way. If we cannot agree, you may bring the matter to the Belgian consumer mediation service named on the company details page.
Which law applies
Belgian law applies and the Belgian courts have jurisdiction. As a consumer this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
