The company named on the company details page is the data controller. Write to the address there with any question about this page.
What we collect, and why
If you buy something we collect your name, address, email address, telephone number if you give one, and what you ordered. We need those to take the order, deliver it, invoice it and honour the guarantee. The legal basis is performance of the contract, and for the invoice, a legal obligation to keep it.
If you create an account we keep the same details plus a password, stored only as a hash. If you ask to be told when the clock goes on sale, we keep the email address for that and nothing else.
Cookies
This site sets four cookies. All four are necessary to run a shop, which is why there is no consent banner: there is nothing here for you to consent to.

Who else sees it
Only the people needed to complete your order: the company that hosts this shop and its database, the carrier that delivers the parcel, the payment provider that takes the money, and the service that sends the confirmation email. Each is bound by a processing agreement and none may use your details for anything else.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for seven years, which Belgian tax law requires. Account details are kept until you delete the account. An address on the waiting list is deleted once the launch message has been sent, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, object to it, or receive it in a portable form. Write to the email address on the company details page and we will answer within a month.
If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels.
