The right
You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. We extend that period to 30 days from delivery.
How to use it
Tell us in writing before the period is up. An email is enough; the form below is one way to do it and not the only one. Say that you are withdrawing, and give the order number.
Sending it back
Send the clock back within 14 days of telling us. It should be complete and in a condition we can resell: you may unpack it and try it, in the way you could handle it in a shop, but not use it for weeks.
You pay the cost of the return unless the clock was faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we pay. If it comes back damaged beyond ordinary inspection, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.
Your refund
We refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the clock back or of proof that you sent it, whichever comes first. It goes back by the same means you paid.
If you chose a faster delivery than our standard option, we refund the standard cost rather than the premium.
