Where we send
Anywhere in the European Union, and to Türkiye. Everything is posted from Belgium.
What it costs
Delivery is shown at checkout before you order, including VAT, and is never added afterwards. It appears on the order summary even when it is free, so there is never a cost you were not shown.
How long it takes
Belgium and the Netherlands, two to three working days. Elsewhere in the European Union, three to five. Türkiye, five to ten, plus any time the parcel spends at customs.
Orders paid by bank transfer are posted once the payment clears, which usually adds a day.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund; the right of withdrawal page explains how. If something arrived faulty or wrong, we pay the return postage.
Customs
Türkiye is outside the European Union. Import VAT and any duty are charged by the Turkish authorities on arrival and are the recipient’s to pay. They are not included in the price shown here.
